Bring centuries of rose history into your garden with the True Antiques Roses Bundle, a remarkable trio of heirloom roses whose combined histories stretch back more than 600 years. Each variety carries its own story, from a legendary spring-flowering climber to a beloved China rose that blooms repeatedly and a fragrant Noisette known for its generous clusters of delicate flowers. Together, they offer a living connection to the gardeners and rose lovers who treasured these varieties long before modern rose breeding transformed the garden.

Color & Bloom Combination

This collection brings together a soft, historic palette of yellow, lilac-pink, and blush-white flowers. Lady Banks Yellow produces clusters of soft yellow blooms that cover its nearly thornless climbing canes in spring, creating a spectacular seasonal display. Old Blush adds semi-double lilac-pink flowers, bringing a familiar, romantic color that can return throughout much of the growing season. Blush Noisette completes the combination with fragrant clusters of cupped blush-white flowers, often flowering especially abundantly in fall. The contrast between the climber's clustered spring blooms, Old Blush's semi-double flowers, and the Noisette's fragrant clusters creates a collection rich in both history and visual interest.

How to Use in Your Garden: Give Lady Banks Yellow a sturdy arbor, pergola, fence, or other substantial support where its vigorous climbing growth can develop into a dramatic spring focal point. Plant Old Blush nearby as a shrub rose, where its recurring lilac-pink flowers can provide color through the season. Blush Noisette can add another layer of interest in a sunny border or near a seating area, where its fragrant flowers can be enjoyed up close. Because these are historic roses with different growth habits and flowering patterns, they work beautifully in informal cottage gardens, heritage-inspired landscapes, and larger mixed plantings where each variety has room to express its character.

Meet Your Roses!  Your bundle includes one rose of each variety:

  • Lady Banks Yellow (1824) — A legendary, nearly thornless climbing rose reaching approximately 12–20 feet, known for its soft yellow flowers borne in abundant clusters during spring. Its vigorous growth makes it a striking choice for covering a large support or creating a seasonal canopy of blooms.
  • Old Blush (1752) — A historic China rose growing approximately 3–6 feet tall, with semi-double lilac-pink flowers and an almost continuous flowering habit. Its recurring blooms and classic appearance make it a wonderful choice for cottage gardens, mixed borders, and heritage rose collections.
  • Blush Noisette (1817) — A fragrant rose growing approximately 4–8 feet tall, with clusters of cupped blush-white flowers that are especially abundant in fall. Its soft coloring and graceful clusters make it a lovely choice for mixed borders and informal garden spaces where fragrance and seasonal flowering are welcome.
