Production Crew & Gardening

Field Crew Supervisor
- Oversee and manage daily manual labor tasks in rose and field crop production, including planting, watering, pruning, and maintenance.
- Supervise harvesting and preparation of plants for shipping, ensuring orders are fulfilled on time and meet quality standards.
- Train, mentor, and coordinate the field crew to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Inspect and maintain field conditions, tools, and equipment to support optimal operations.
- Implement schedules and priorities for fieldwork, adapting to weather conditions and seasonal demands.
- Collaborate with the Production Manager to align field operations with overall organizational goals.
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols, ensuring a secure and productive work environment.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the field crew, addressing challenges and maintaining team morale.
- Compensation based on education, skill and experience
Maintenance and Grounds Keeping
- Compensation based on proven skills and experience
- Prior experience as a handyman or contractor is required—this is not an entry-level role
- Solid knowledge of maintenance practices and ability to work independently with tools and equipment
- Plumbing, electrical, or landscaping certifications are a plus
- Must be physically fit to handle lifting, outdoor work, and manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
- Must provide at least three professional references.
- Must be able to manage time independently and work as a team
Business Manager
- Netsuite experience required
- Process accounts payable/receivable
- Manage inventory
- Monthly reconciliations
- Calculate projections for budgeting purposes
- Develop and maintain annual company budget, and department budgets
- Work alongside the event planning team to manage the special event budget.
- Stay in touch on an ongoing basis with payroll provider/CPA regarding all HR and related documentation, communications and objectives that must be completed and ensure we are on time, accurate, and complete in all areas
