For any of these positions, horticulture and plant experience and knowledge is a bonus but not required. Willingness to learn is a must!

Field Crew
- Hands-on work with roses plants, trees & shrubs
- Planting, pruning, weeding, watering & general care of plants
- Pull, prepare & package roses for shipment
- Assist with propagation & field tasks
- Keep work areas & grounds clean and organized
- Team players wanted – bilingual a plus
- Active outdoor role: standing, walking, lifting, bending
- Experience helpful but training provided
- Part time and full time available. Women encouraged to apply.

Agricultural Shipping Clerk
Field Work Required — Full-Time Position
- Build boxes, pack & prepare customer orders
- Inspect plant quality before shipping
- Maintain shipping accuracy & documentation
- Monitor shipping supplies & building upkeep
- Support inventory & supply tracking
- Help with fieldwork: weeding & plant care, seasonal propagation
- Work with E-commerce Customer Service Specialist and Operations Manager on process improvements
- Year round-Indoor + outdoor work environment
- Must lift up to 50 lbs
- Bilingual a plus!

Intern - Horticulture Production

- Assist with day-to-day activities in the production process from propagation to packing and shipping products
- Monitor plant health, including identifying and addressing pest and disease issues
- Assist in coordinating production schedules, processes and procedures to ensure efficiencies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure adherence to quality standards
Intern - Horticulture Business & Administration
