Production Crew & Gardening

- Starting pay $14+ / hr
- Prepare and ship orders accurately and on time
- Assist in maintaining growing fields and harvest/preserve rose petals

Petal Breeze & Brew Crew - shaved ice & coffee trailer (growing into small cafe)
- Starting pay $13+ / hr
- Daily operations of food & drink service
- Maintain inventory
- Keep it clean and to food service standards

Maintenance and Grounds Keeping
- Compensation based on proven skills and experience
- Prior experience as a handyman or contractor is required—this is not an entry-level role
- Solid knowledge of maintenance practices and ability to work independently with tools and equipment
- Plumbing, electrical, or landscaping certifications are a plus
- Must be physically fit to handle lifting, outdoor work, and manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
- Must provide at least three professional references.

Intern - Horticulture Marketing

Intern - Horticulture Production

- Assist with day-to-day activities in the production process from propagation to packing and shipping products
- Monitor plant health, including identifying and addressing pest and disease issues
- Assist in coordinating production schedules, processes and procedures to ensure efficiencies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure adherence to quality standards
Intern - Horticulture Business & Administration

- Assist with management and organization of records
- Preparation and analysis of reports related to rose production
- Provide administrative support for daily operations
- Conduct research and compile data to support business decision and project development
Business manager
- Netsuite experience required
- Process accounts payable/receivable
- Manage inventory
- Monthly reconciliations
- Calculate projections for budgeting purposes
- Develop and maintain annual company budget, and department budgets
- Work alongside the event planning team to manage the special event budget.
- Stay in touch on an ongoing basis with payroll provider/CPA regarding all HR and related documentation, communications and objectives that must be completed and ensure we are on time, accurate, and complete in all areas
