Production Crew & Gardening

  • Starting pay $13+ / hr
  • Planting and maintaining of crops
  • Pulling and prepping plants for shipments

Shipping Clerk

  • Starting pay $14+ / hr
  • Prepare and ship orders accurately and on time
  • Assist in maintaining growing fields and harvest/preserve rose petals

Petal Breeze & Brew Crew - shaved ice & coffee trailer (growing into small cafe)

  • Starting pay $13+ / hr
  • Daily operations of food & drink service
  • Maintain inventory
  • Keep it clean and to food service standards

Field Crew Supervisor

  • Oversee and manage daily manual labor tasks in rose and field crop production, including planting, watering, pruning, and maintenance.
  • Supervise harvesting and preparation of plants for shipping, ensuring orders are fulfilled on time and meet quality standards.
  • Train, mentor, and coordinate the field crew to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inspect and maintain field conditions, tools, and equipment to support optimal operations.
  • Implement schedules and priorities for fieldwork, adapting to weather conditions and seasonal demands.
  • Collaborate with the Production Manager to align field operations with overall organizational goals.
  • Monitor and enforce safety protocols, ensuring a secure and productive work environment.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the field crew, addressing challenges and maintaining team morale.
  • Compensation based on education, skill and experience

Maintenance and Grounds Keeping

  • Compensation based on proven skills and experience
  • Prior experience as a handyman or contractor is required—this is not an entry-level role
  • Solid knowledge of maintenance practices and ability to work independently with tools and equipment
  • Plumbing, electrical, or landscaping certifications are a plus
  • Must be physically fit to handle lifting, outdoor work, and manual labor in various weather conditions.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
  • Must provide at least three professional references.
  • Must be able to manage time independently and work as a team 

Business Manager

  • Netsuite experience required
  • Process accounts payable/receivable
  • Manage inventory
  • Monthly reconciliations
  • Calculate projections for budgeting purposes
  • Develop and maintain annual company budget, and department budgets
  • Work alongside the event planning team to manage the special event budget.
  • Stay in touch on an ongoing basis with payroll provider/CPA regarding all HR and related documentation, communications and objectives that must be completed and ensure we are on time, accurate, and complete in all areas

Horticulture Internships

Intern - Horticulture Marketing

  • Assist in coordinating production schedules, processes and procedures to ensure efficiencies
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure adherence to quality standards
