Reservations are taken on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend
reaching out as early as possible once you have a date in mind as popular dates
can book more than a year out.

We'll book your date once
we receive your signed Venue Rental Agreement (all pages initialed) along with
your initial deposit.

We offer several packages:
Sweet Celebrations, Garden Elopement, Intimate, Emporium, and Premium Emporium; each suited to different event sizes and needs. You are welcome to view our current Wedding Pricing Sheet above for full details on what each package includes.

Chair rental is available in natural ($1.50 each) or white ($2.50 each), in addition to your base package. Let us know your preference and quantity when finalizing your agreement.

Possibly- additional hours, chair rentals, and optional add-ons are priced separately
from the base rental fee. Your Venue Rental Agreement will itemize your total
cost before you sign.

It depends on your package:
Emporium and Premium Emporium accommodate up to 120 guests; Inclusive Intimate Wedding is 24 guests; Sweet Celebrations accommodate up to 32 guests, and Garden Elopement is designed for up to 5 people.

Accommodations for additional guests may be possible for an additional
fee. Let us know your expected guest count, and we'll confirm the right fit.

An initial deposit of half the base rental fee is due with your signed contract. Your security deposit and remaining balance are both due sixty (60) days prior to your event.

The security deposit is $500, payable by cash or check only. It's returned within fourteen (14) days after your event, less any deductions for damage or excessive cleaning.

We'll do everything we can to help transfer your reservation to a new date. If you need to cancel outright, refund amounts depend on how far out you cancel — the closer to your event date, the less is refundable. Full details and specific timeframes are outlined
in your Venue Rental Agreement.

We generally require vendors from our approved list. Outside vendors may be considered with prior approval and must carry the necessary licenses, permits, and insurance required by the State of Texas.

We strongly recommend one —
please designate a Contact Person who isn't part of your bridal party or actively working the event (not your photographer, caterer, florist, or musician), so they're available to communicate with our event or facilities
coordinator if questions arise.

Yes. Alcohol service is permitted under the terms in your Venue Rental Agreement, including a required private security officer whenever alcohol is served (one guard for up to 99 guests, two guards for 100 or more).

Yes. All alcohol must be served by a TABC (Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission)
certified bartender or a licensed, insured bar service — self-serve bars, unattended kegs, and unlicensed service are not permitted. Proof of current TABC certification (and any applicable liquor license) is due at least 30 days
before your event.

The Customer is responsible for the cost of required security officers; this is a non-negotiable requirement whenever alcohol will be present.

Alcohol may not be sold to anyone, served to guests under 21, or served to anyone who is or appears intoxicated. Full terms are outlined in the Alcoholic Beverages section of your Agreement.

Our outdoor spaces are generally suitable for events from March 15 to June 5 and September 15 to November 15. If inclement weather is expected, we'll approve last-minute rental of tents, canopies, or heaters, and our coordinator will confirm your backup plan with you in advance. See the Weather Contingency section of your Agreement for your designated indoor backup space and decision timing.

Because a covered backup option is provided, weather alone isn't grounds for a refund or cancellation, but we'll work closely with you to make sure your day still feels right.

Full-day packages (Emporium and Premium Emporium) include venue access from 10:00 AM to 12:00 AM (midnight), which covers all set-up, event time, and clean-up. Sweet Celebrations is a 4-hour window between 10 am – 9 pm , and Inclusive Intimate Wedding includes a 5-hour rental window, between 10 am-9 pm, with additional hours available for a fee — the specific start and end times will be confirmed in your Venue Rental
Agreement.

Setup and clean-up, including for your subcontractors, take place within your reserved event hours. Need earlier access? Let us know — early access can often be arranged for an additional fee.

Alcohol service and music must end by 11:00 PM, with all guests off the property by midnight to allow for site closure.

An overtime fee applies for any use of the venue beyond your contracted hours. We recommend building buffer time into your schedule to avoid this.

Absolutely — children are
welcome as our guests too! Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times, including keeping them away from the pond for safety reasons.

Pets aren't permitted inside the buildings but are welcome in the gardens on a leash. If you'd like a family pet to be part of your ceremony, let your event coordinator know at booking or at least 60 days before your event. Service animals are always welcome.

Yes. We offer level-designated parking, ramped walkways, and accessible restroom facilities. The Chapel and Champney's Green are both handicap accessible.

Guests can park in our main lot off FM 50 or along Sam Houston Road, with handicap-accessible spaces available near the sidewalks. Parking is not permitted on the lawn or within the nursery and garden grounds.
