Add a touch of moody enchantment to your garden with the Goblin Cottage Roses Bundle, a distinctive trio that pairs deep coral-pink, soft cream, and velvety purple-burgundy blooms for a richly layered cottage-garden display. Full, old-fashioned flowers meet softer, lighter blossoms and dramatic dark tones, creating a combination that feels romantic, a little mysterious, and wonderfully full of personality.
Color & Bloom Combination: Each rose contributes a different texture and presence. Rosarium Uetersen brings an abundance of very double, dark coral-pink blooms, often appearing in generous clusters that make a striking statement on a climbing rose or cascading shrub. Gruss an Aachen softens the palette with flowers that open pale pink before fading to creamy white, adding a delicate, vintage touch. Burgundy Iceberg completes the trio with velvety deep purple-burgundy blooms that bring richness and contrast throughout its generous flushes of flowering. Together, these roses create a beautiful balance of lush color, layered petals, and shifting shades.
How to Use in Your Garden: For a garden with plenty of vertical interest, train Rosarium Uetersen along a sturdy trellis, fence, or arbor, or allow its arching growth to cascade over a suitable support. Plant Gruss an Aachen nearby to create a softer transition between the coral and burgundy tones, then position Burgundy Iceberg where its dark blooms can stand out against lighter foliage, pale flowers, or silvery garden accents. The combination works beautifully in mixed borders, cottage-style beds, and garden spaces where you want rich color without losing the softness and romance of traditional roses.
Whether you're creating a lush, layered rose border or adding dramatic color to an established cottage garden, this trio brings together three distinctive roses with complementary hues and flower forms. The result is a garden that feels both whimsical and sophisticated, with plenty of visual interest as the blooms open and mature.
Meet Your Roses! Your bundle includes one rose of each variety:
- Rosarium Uetersen — A vigorous rose with very double, dark coral-pink blooms produced in large, generous clusters. Growing approximately 6–12 feet, it can be trained as a climber or allowed to develop into a cascading shrub. Its abundant flowers create a dramatic focal point on a fence, arbor, or sturdy trellis.
- Gruss an Aachen — A historic rose often recognized as the first Floribunda, growing approximately 4 feet tall. Its full blooms open in pale pink shades and gradually fade to creamy white, bringing a soft, romantic transition between the deeper colors in this bundle. Its compact size makes it a lovely choice for borders and cottage-garden beds.
- Burgundy Iceberg — A striking shrub rose reaching approximately 3–5 feet tall, with velvety deep purple-burgundy blooms that appear in generous flushes. Its rich color adds depth and drama to mixed borders, rose beds, and plantings where darker flowers can contrast beautifully with lighter companions.
