2015
4x4 feet
Doreen’s Centennial is a charming, medium pink shrub rose bred by Mike Shoup and introduced by Antique Rose Emporium in 2015 as part of our Pioneer Series. Rarely out of bloom, this compact, hardworking rose produces abundant pom-pom–style blooms in soft clusters, offering a moderate, pleasant fragrance and dependable repeat flowering throughout the season.
Named in honor of a benefactor of the Hermann Park Garden Restoration in Houston, Texas, Doreen’s Centennial stands as a living tribute to beauty, generosity, and thoughtful garden design. Its short, gently cascading habit and semi-glossy green foliage make it exceptionally versatile- equally at home in beds and borders, mixed landscapes, containers, or even as a low, flowering ground cover.
Hardy, vigorous, and notably disease resistant, this rose thrives with minimal fuss and performs beautifully across a wide range of climates. If you’re looking for a reliable, graceful shrub that delivers consistent color and classic charm, Doreen’s Centennial is a standout choice for both new and seasoned gardeners.

Please ensure that you are not experiencing freezing temperatures and the ground is not frozen when you plan to receive your rose.
