ShippingEvery effort is made to process orders within the specified shipping time, however, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date. Typically, immediate shipments leave us within two weeks of ordering and will arrive in one week's time. Due to scheduling delays and holiday/peak times, we cannot make any guarantees for the carrier. Our carriers do require a physical address for delivery and we ask that you double check gift order addresses to safeguard against shipping delays. Parcels shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and the US Territories require Two Day Air Service.
We can only make suggestions as to the proper time to have your roses shipped. We recommend that orders sent to colder locations (Zone 6 or lower) receive container plants March through April. We will not accept responsibility for plantssent into these zones early. Please use caution when ordering gifts for unfamiliar climates.
