Brenham Event Rentals

Are you celebrating a wedding, anniversary, or some other special milestone? Use the Antique Rose Emporium facilities to create a perfect garden setting as the backdrop for your unique event. On site are the Chapel, Pavilion, Champneys’ Green (reception house), and a Gazebo, on beautifully landscaped grounds, consisting of roses, perennials, and native plant. The gardens have recently been featured in Weddings in Houston magazine.


The Chapel, built in 1998, incorporates many elements of various local community churches. The tall front door with English stained glass transom is over 100 years old. The large open interior space with vaulted ceiling and gothic windows is without permanent seating so that the space can be utilized in a variety of ways. A maximum of 150 persons can be seated in the Chapel. No bathrooms are located in the chapel, but our main public restrooms are just a short distance away.


Champneys' Green is a restored 1904 Victorian home, an elegant location for smaller weddings, receptions, rehearsal dinners, garden parties, staff retreats or relaxed meetings. It is approximately 1200 sq. ft., with a small serving kitchen and two restrooms. Many couples have chosen to have their weddings in the gardens or at the gazebo with the reception in the house, on the large wraparound porch, or the Pavilion. The nearby Pavilion with etched and stained concrete floor and water fountain feature is 1900 sq feet. It can accommodate approximately 180 for a seated dinner or slightly less if a dance floor is included under the covered area. The lawn and patio areas provide additional room if necessary.


Weekend rentals are for one of three days: Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Rental time is 12:00 noon to 12:00 midnight. A five-gallon bag of rose petals is available, weather permitting, to each renter of the facilities. Also included are 160 wood folding chairs, (8) 60" round, (4) 48" round and (7) 6 foot and (4) 8 foot rectangular tables.


Daytime and evening rental is available for groups wishing to rent only Champneys', the Chapel or Pavilion during the week for weddings, meetings, retreats, luncheons, etc., Monday through Thursday.
